The Birth of a Club

THE NEW SEASON IS NEARLY HERE!

All of us here at Leichhardt Cygnets are really excited, both for the start of the Auskick season and for the first ever Leichhardt Cygnets teams representing us in competition on Sunday. Good luck u9s and u10s against Willoughby Wildcats, can’t wait to see how you get on. No matter what happens, no doubt you’ll make us all proud.

Everyone involved at the club is new to AFL club admin, so all feedback, from players and parents is more than welcome.  All of our committee have kids playing in one of the teams or in Auskick, so we’ll be around if you feel like introducing yourself, or just drop us an e-mail (to president@cygnets.com.au, secretary@cygnets.com.au or registrar@cygnets.com.au).  And massive thanks to everyone who’s offered their time so far, we literally couldn’t do it without you – if anyone else wants to help out in any way, no matter how big or small, just let us know.
