OUR CLUB

Leichhardt Cygnets Junior Australian Football Club was founded in 2016. Our club grew from an Auskick Centre running at our then-home ground, Glover Street Oval, since 2014.

Our club is still growing, now at Rozelle Parklands Oval, and we would love to have your family join us for some footy and fun!

At the Leichhardt Cygnets we encourage teams, fellow players, parents, team managers and coaches to live our values.

We're proud to have male and female coaches and players. We are inclusive, supportive and respectful.

Every kid who wants to play Australian Rules Football will get a chance to play.

Awareness

We aim to expand our profile in the Inner West community and local schools by providing the best possible environment for young football enthusiasts.

Governance

A well-organised club off the field results in a well-performing team on the field. The committee focuses on the small details to ensure that all our volunteers, families, and kids have a seamless and enjoyable experience while playing the game.

Finance

We are currently focusing on fundraising and seeking more sponsorships to secure financial support for our club. With increased resources, we can invest in new equipment, training programs, and facilities to continue building our club.
