The Leichhardt Cygnets Junior Australian Football Club invites boys and girls from ages 5-14 to play Auskick or Junior AFL with us.
We play on Sundays at Rozelle Parklands Oval, making us a great fit with other winter sports.
Whether you’re brand new to this great sport or have played before, we’d love you to register with us!
AUSKICK CENTRE
Auskick is for boys and girls’ entry to the exciting world of Australian Football!
Join us on Sundays (9:00am – 10:00am) from April through to August 2026 at our new home ground, Rozelle Parklands Oval.
Our Auskick Centre is supported by the AFL NSW Development team and involves game-based activities that make for more active and confident kids. And we’re very keen to run a Girls-only group if numbers allow.
No specialist clothing is required (even football boots not necessary). Just your own hat & water bottle required at each session.

JUNIOR TEAMS U8s - U14s
Get ready for an ACTION-PACKED 2026 season!
Following our teams’ inaugural showings and belly-sliding at our new home Rozelle Parklands Oval at the end of last season, the Cygnets Juniors are going to have more FUN and make the Parklands Oval our happy home in 2026.
With pre-season fitness and skills sessions, Kicking Dynamics technical sessions, post-training pizza nights, and more Swans and Giants player visits – plus fielding the Cygnets’ inaugural U14s team – there is plenty to get excited about!
Game Day is on Sundays from April through to August alternating between our new home ground, Rozelle Parklands, and an away venue. Training takes place on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening at Rozelle Parklands Oval.
